Distinctive features: Shrub, ;Leaves fragrant when rubbed or crushed.

Similar species:
  •   Poison Ivy (Toxicodendron radicans) - leaves are not aromatic.


Flowers: Spring;  Yellow;  5 parts (petals)

Leaves: Alternate;  Compound/Divided;  Toothed;  Compound (3 leaflets), alternate. Fragrant when rubbed or crushed.

Habitat: Open areas
